Deltec Sulphur Nitrate (NO3) filter, from aquatic-store.co.uk.
Suitable for fresh water and salt water. Each unit is rated for 400-600 litres of water. Two or more can be used in parallel on larger aquariums. Hang the Sulphur Nitrate N03 filter vertically or stand within a sump. The NO3 Filter can only operate in an upright position.
The water input should be connected through the Micro filter into the adjustable flow-rate valve (tap). Ingoing water must pass through the Micro filter first, to ensure the unit works efficiently.
The N03filter will create a high NO2 value for the first few days of any adjustment but will soon disappear to zero when commissioned correctly. The unit only works at temperatures above 17 deg.C.

I found that this unit takes a while to work. Carful adjustment is required. Nitrates and Nitrites rise whilst its being first used. Once its set up you can slowly increase the drop rate - its hard at first to maintain a steady drop rate but as you increase it over a few weeks it becomes easy. Nitrates become much much lower. For marine you will have to dose Alk to prevent PH crash - but only needs to be done once aweek. So to summerise :- 1) It works 2) Takes a while to get going. 3) You will need to do more water changes when first starting up. 4) Can be powered from a small power head and t-off.
